1. Who we are
Tengku Games (“we”) runs this website, the Tengku games at play.tengkugames.com and the Tengku Games Android app (com.tengkugames.app). Contact: [email protected].
2. What we collect and why
- Account data (if you create an account): username, email and login provider, to save your progress.
- Device and technical data: device type, browser, IP address and language, to run the games securely and fix bugs.
- Game activity: spins, coin balance and feature use, to keep the game fair and to detect abuse such as coin selling or multiple accounts.
- Cookies and analytics: a session cookie for the game and, with your consent where required, analytics to understand which pages are useful.
- Messages you send us through the contact form or email.
3. What we never collect
We do not collect bank account, card or e-wallet details, because there are no deposits or withdrawals. If in-app purchases are added, payment is processed by Google or Apple, not by us.
4. Service providers
We use trusted providers who process data for us: Hostinger (hosting), Cloudflare (security and delivery), Google Analytics (statistics, if enabled), Google Play / Apple App Store (app distribution and payments) and, if ads are shown, an advertising partner. Each has its own privacy policy.
5. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your account and data at any time by contacting us. We will reply within 30 days.
6. Children
The Service is not for anyone under 18. If we learn that a minor has an account, we delete it.
7. Storage and security
Data is stored with our hosting provider and protected with HTTPS and access controls. We keep account data while your account is active and delete it within 90 days after deletion is requested; server logs are kept for up to 30 days.
8. Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date below.
