Terms of Service
1. About these terms
These Terms of Service apply to the Tengku Games website, browser games and mobile apps (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Adults only, entertainment only
You must be at least 18 years old. The Service is a social casino-style game for entertainment only. It does not offer real-money gambling or any opportunity to win money or prizes.
Success in a social casino game does not imply future success at real-money gambling.
3. Virtual coins have no value
Coins and any other virtual items are a limited, personal, revocable licence to use inside the game. They are not money, not a currency, have no cash value and are not your property.
Coins can never be cashed out, withdrawn or exchanged for money, phone credit, e-wallet balance, cryptocurrency, goods or any prize.
4. No deposits and no withdrawals
We never accept deposits of money to play and there are no withdrawals of any kind (no “depo/WD”). Anyone asking you to deposit money for Tengku coins is not us.
5. No transfers, no trading, no agents
Coins cannot be sent, gifted or traded between players.
Buying or selling coins, items or accounts outside the game is forbidden, including through agents, partners, resellers, Telegram, WhatsApp or Facebook groups and marketplaces. Accounts involved will be permanently banned and their coins removed.
Tengku Games has no official agents or partners. Anyone claiming to be one is committing fraud.
6. Purchases
Coins are free. If optional in-app purchases are offered in the future, they will be processed only by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their terms. Purchased coins have the same status as free coins: no cash value, not transferable, and not refundable as money except where the law or the store requires.
7. Fair play and account actions
You must not cheat, use bots, exploit bugs, create multiple accounts to farm coins, or harass others. We may suspend or delete accounts and remove coins that break these terms, without compensation.
To report illegal coin sellers or fake agents, use the report option on our contact page.
8. The Service
We may change, pause or end games, coin amounts or features at any time. The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for the loss of virtual coins.
9. Law, changes and contact
