Coins & money
Can I cash out my coins or exchange them for money?
No. Virtual coins have no cash value. They cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for money, phone credit, e-wallet balance, goods or prizes of any kind.
Can I deposit money to play?
No. Tengku Games never accepts deposits. There is no deposit and no withdrawal (no “depo/WD”).
Can I send coins to a friend?
No. Coins cannot be transferred, gifted or traded between players.
Can I buy coins?
There is no coin shop on this website. If optional purchases are ever added to the mobile app, they will only be possible through Google Play or the App Store, the coins will still have no cash value, and they can never be refunded as money.
I ran out of coins. What now?

Agents & scams
Is there an official Tengku Games agent or reseller?
No. We have no agents, partners or resellers. Anyone who claims to be one is a scammer.
Someone is selling Tengku coins on WhatsApp or Facebook. Is it real?
No. Buying or selling coins outside the game is forbidden. Accounts involved are banned and their coins removed. Please report the seller to us.
Will Tengku Games ever ask for my password or bank details?
Never. We do not collect bank or e-wallet details because there is nothing to pay out.
Playing
Is Tengku Games gambling?
No. It is a social casino-style game for entertainment. You cannot win real money, so there is nothing at stake.
How old do I need to be?
You must be 18 or older.
Are the results random?
Yes. Every spin is decided on our server by a secure random number generator.
Is there a mobile app?
An Android app on Google Play is coming soon. Until then you can play in any mobile browser.
