How to Spot Fake Coin Sellers and Scams

· 2 min read

Popular social games attract scammers. They promise cheap coins, "official agent" deals or ways to turn coins into cash. With Tengku Games none of these can be real, and knowing why makes scams easy to spot.

Three facts that expose every scam

  1. We have no agents. Tengku Games has no agents, partners or resellers. Anyone who says otherwise is lying.
  2. Coins cannot be transferred. There is no way to send coins to another player, so nobody can "top up" your account.
  3. Coins cannot be cashed out. Nobody can buy your coins back for money.

Warning signs

  • A WhatsApp, Telegram or Facebook account using our logo and offering coins.
  • Requests to transfer money to a bank account or e-wallet for coins.
  • Promises of "guaranteed wins", "gacor" settings or "WD" of coins.
  • Messages asking for your password, login code or verification code.
  • Websites that look like ours but have a different address. Our only website is tengkugames.com.

What to do

  • Do not pay and do not share any login codes.
  • Take a screenshot of the offer, the username and the phone number.
  • Send it to us using the report form on our contact page.

Accounts that buy or sell coins are banned permanently and their coins are removed, as explained in our Terms of Service.

Remember

Coins in Tengku Games are always free. If someone is asking you to pay, it is not us.
