Why You Can't Cash Out Coins in Social Games (And Why That's Good)
One of the first questions new players ask is simple: "Can I turn my coins into money?" In Tengku Games the answer is always no. That is not a trick. It is the rule that keeps the game fun and safe.
Coins are part of the game, not money
Coins in a social game are like points in an arcade. They make the game exciting, they show how well a session went, and they let you keep playing. They are not a currency and they are not your property. Our Terms of Service say this clearly: coins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, phone credit, e-wallet balance, goods or prizes.
No deposit, no withdrawal
Because coins can never be cashed out, there is also no reason to put money in. Tengku Games never accepts deposits and there are no withdrawals of any kind. If someone offers "depo" or "WD" for Tengku coins, they are not connected to us.
Why this is good for you
- Nothing to lose. You cannot lose money you never put in.
- No pressure. There is no reason to chase losses or play longer than you want.
- Scammers have nothing to sell. When coins cannot be transferred or cashed out, fake agents and coin sellers have no real product.
- It stays a game. Celebrations, free spins and big wins are just for the fun of it.
What about buying coins?
There is no coin shop on our website. If the mobile app ever offers optional purchases, they will go only through Google Play or the App Store, and purchased coins will still have no cash value.
The short version
Coins are for play. They stay in the game. If you ever see someone promising money for coins, please report it to us.
